Each ornament is personalized and made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. Damaged or misprinted items are replaced free (see our Paw Promise below). Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: please allow an extra 7-12 business days.
*This date is provisional. It's based on our print partner's 2025 holiday deadlines and will be updated when the 2026 deadlines are published. Orders placed after the deadline will still be made and shipped, but we can't guarantee arrival by December 25. Carriers and the US Postal Service set the final delivery times.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is in sharp focus works best. Aim for at least 1000 x 1000 pixels: an original phone photo is great, but a screenshot or an image saved from social media usually isn't. JPG or PNG files work best. If your photo isn't print-ready, we'll email you before printing.
Can I put more than one pet on an ornament?
Yes. Upload one photo that shows both pets together, or upload separate photos and tell us in the notes. If you want each pet on its own ornament, choose the 2-Pack or 3-Pack.
What goes on the back?
By default, your pet's name and "Christmas 2026." Prefer a different message? Type it in the notes field when you upload your photo. Keep it short, up to about 30 characters, so it stays readable on a 3" ornament.
When will my order ship?
Production takes up to 4 business days after your photo is approved. We usually review photos within 1 business day. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
Order and upload your photo by Dec 7 (provisional deadline) for the best chance of Christmas delivery within the US. After that, we'll still make it, but we can't guarantee it arrives by December 25.
Can I return or exchange it?
Each ornament is made just for you with your pet's photo, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it free. See our guarantee below.
Is it fragile?
No. It's aluminum, not glass or ceramic, and it's scratch- and chip-resistant. Store it with your other decorations and it'll be ready next year.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We ship to US addresses only. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take an extra 7-12 business days.
Our Paw Promise
If your ornament arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't match the photo and design you sent, email us a photo of it within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you a replacement at no cost. It's that simple.
